Plan family meals from your food notes
Food preferences tend to come up between meals, not when you're making a plan. Someone might stop liking mushrooms or ask for that curry again. Say those comments into Memory Notes as you hear them, and your AI assistant can use them to plan the week.

Save food preferences and ingredients
Leo no longer likes mushrooms, though he's okay with them blended into a sauce.
The whole family loved the coconut chicken curry from the NYT recipe. Let's make it again.
Izzy has a cashew allergy, but peanuts are fine.
There's a big bag of frozen peas and half a pack of rice noodles.
Ask your assistant for a meal plan
Once Memory Notes is connected to Claude or ChatGPT, you can ask:
Look through my memories for food preferences, allergies and freezer ingredients. Plan five weeknight dinners that each take under 40 minutes, with one shopping list organized by aisle.
Your assistant searches your notes for food, allergies and leftovers and uses what it finds to make the plan. Because allergy information is in your notes, it's there each time, even if you forget to mention it.
Save your meal plan
If your assistant has write access, you can end by asking:
Save this week's plan as a memory so I can find it in the app.
When you plan next week, the assistant can look at what you recently ate and avoid repeats.
